Cross country skiing

I think its also called sit-skiing.

Does anyone have any experience / information about this sport / program? a website?

I checked the paralympic site but couldn't find any addit'l info.

There is both cross-country and alpine adapted skiing. A sit-ski is the name for a piece of equipment, most often used in alpine skiing. I know that Mark Wellman is a big cross-country skiier, and I think he has a website, so you may want to look into more info on cross-country there.
