Hey, I've just started playing quad rugby. It's great! Does anyone else play? Any hints or tips? Any other girls out there play?
This was the original name for quad rugby...it rocks! I love to go watch our two local teams work out, and compete.
My favorite quad rugby bumper sticker:
"Give Blood--Play Quad Rugby"
I have seen several women playing, but the vast majority are men. Would sure like to see more women!

Congrats on your newfound hobby. I have watched rugby myself and only hope to play soon. I'm sure you'll do great!!
