but liz, I think that most of the reproductive issues and women's health care/issues in general, are pretty universal (ie national), with more systemic issues (level of access, availability, HC providers understanding disabled women's needs and practice, etc.) more specific to particular region.

It would be interesting to know what Mt. Sinai has done thus far in regard to addressing the heathcare needs of women with disabilities and what their plan is for the future.
