NAD Challenges Accuracy of Arizona Rx Memory Iced Tea Label (http://www.adlawbyrequest.com/regulators/RxMemory41601.shtml)
Ok, I confess, I've been drinking some of the AirZona herbal tonics for lunch. I usually get the Energy drink, but today I had the Memory drink. They're good, caffeine-free, but at $2 a bottle, this tightwad's circuits go berzerk when I pay for it. http://sci.rutgers.edu/forum/images/smilies/frown.gif
Decided to investigate a little today and came across this article. Just because the "Rx" symbol with the word "Memory" right next to it does not mean AriZona is CLAIMING their product enhances one's memory. LOL. Well, hmmm, may be a stupid question, but why in the hell would you put that word on the bottle then?
It's all marketing of course. Their 4 Rx drinks are: Energy, Stress, Memory, and Health. Well, duh, that's what baby-boomers are obsessed with these days, so we buy the stuff--at $2 a bottle! I'm such a schmuck!
Anyway, that's my little food forum news brief and soap box for the day. http://sci.rutgers.edu/forum/images/smilies/smile.gif

So now I'm replying to my own rant, but just wanted to add that AriZona needs to create two more Rx drinks: one with viagra and one with botox! http://sci.rutgers.edu/forum/images/smilies/biggrin.gif
Then they'd have the baby-boomers totally covered.
I will take a case of the AriZona Botox drink! http://sci.rutgers.edu/forum/images/smilies/biggrin.gif

You and me both, girlfriend! http://sci.rutgers.edu/forum/images/smilies/biggrin.gif
Maybe AriZona could create another drink that would "enhance" my 44-year-old breasts.
Rx Perfect Breasts
"This product makes no claim that it actually improves the quality of your breasts."
LOL Martha! http://sci.rutgers.edu/forum/images/smilies/biggrin.gif
Maybe they could make one that would make ME finally grow some! http://sci.rutgers.edu/forum/images/smilies/eek.gif http://sci.rutgers.edu/forum/images/smilies/tongue.gif http://sci.rutgers.edu/forum/images/smilies/biggrin.gif
ooopss...now you all know! http://sci.rutgers.edu/forum/images/smilies/eek.gif

Hey, why not?
Rx Extra-Strength Breast Fertilizer
This is fun! We could start our own line of herbal tonics. We could make up all kinds of medicinal beverages that really don't do crap, put them in pretty bottles, and make people pay out the ass! Capitalism at its best. http://sci.rutgers.edu/forum/images/smilies/smile.gif

Or..... I laughed at this:
RX Men's Beer Gut Reducer
Men now you can reduce your beer gut by drinking tea without ever leaving the recliner.
I think those are all great ideas Martha and booster! http://sci.rutgers.edu/forum/images/smilies/biggrin.gif We'll be laughing all the way to the bank!..... http://sci.rutgers.edu/forum/images/smilies/biggrin.gif

Booster, love the
Rx Men's Beer Gut Reducer
We'd make millions just off that one. Now the
Rx Men's Longevity Enhancer
wouldn't that fall under our viagra product? Haven't "come up" with a name for that one yet, but I like it, I like it!
Another personal favorite of mine would be
Rx Buns of Steel
OR
Rx Sexy Upper Arms
Booster, I hereby nominate you to the board of directors of our new company.

You got it Queen Carol! http://sci.rutgers.edu/forum/images/smilies/smile.gif
Thought of two more products we're sure to make a bundle off of.
Rx ADD/ADHD Kids
"This product makes no claim that it actually improves the behavior of your hyperactive children."
Or how about this one?
Rx Depression
"This product makes no claim that it actually helps your depression."
Shoot, everyone's on anti-depressants these days. Make the baby-boomer consumer think all they need is our drink. Man, this is too easy.
As Queen http://sci.rutgers.edu/forum/images/smilies/biggrin.gif my first royal order shall be...
GET TO WORK MAKIN' THOSE TONICS!
NOW! http://sci.rutgers.edu/forum/images/smilies/mad.gif
Time is money! And stop drinking up all our profits!! http://sci.rutgers.edu/forum/images/smilies/biggrin.gif

AS a board memmber I also propose:
RX Instant Sex Appeal
Otherwise we have some great ideas, as long as we do not allow DA's RX Cow CHip Tea

Booster for all we know
Rx Instant Sex Appeal
could be the same formula as
Rx DA's Cow Chip Tea Aphrodisiac
I mean, look what drinking that stuff has done for his love life!!! http://sci.rutgers.edu/forum/images/smilies/eek.gif
So don't knock it until our scietists have all the test data in. http://sci.rutgers.edu/forum/images/smilies/tongue.gif
