she wants boudan and bbq porkchops. i never bbq-ed porkchops before. let me hear some advice on what will make it taste perfect.
i will also bbq some chicken and zoomoes.

DA,

Don't overcook them is the best advice. I just like them grilled with a little Lawrys seasoned salt and ground pepper. Sometimes, I use Lawrys mesquite marinade.

Marinade the pork chops in equal parts of olive oil, lemon juice, and soya sauce with oregano and garlic. It's super good.

I'd get really thick chops, so they don't dry out on the grill. A 'brine' will also keep them moister - let me know if you'd like a 'how-to' on the brine. Then rub 'em with a dry rub of spices, grill and serve with your favorite bbq sauce.

Marm is right, gotta brine them. Then give Nate's (can't comprehend that I agree, and use the same thing as someone from Canada) recipe a shot, but add a beer. I'm also with Marth, where do you get this?

Trust me, it's good, you won't neen any bbq sauce to eat it or anything.
