I found about Starwich through a friend. It's a new upscale sandwich/salad restaurant that opens in NYC next week. They feature healthy, fresh options and focus on customizing each order to individual needs.

With my father having Crone's disease and my mother having equally restricting dietary needs, I'm always on the lookout for accomadating restaurants. This one is very promising - take a look at their menu at www.starwich.com (http://www.starwich.com)

Echino88 thanks for sharing that. Everything looks delicious. Not your usual fare. Wish they could deliver one of those sandwiches to south Louisiana. http://sci.rutgers.edu/forum/images/smilies/smile.gif

Have you heard Roly Poly Sandwiches? There's one right behind my office, so we eat there a lot. They have a ga-zillion combinations with some very healthy, unique options.

The name "ROLY POLY" kinda scares me...lol

If I can see it, then I can do it. If I believe it, there's nothing to it.

We have a Roly Poly that opened up in my town and we ate there the other day and it was fantastic. I will not eat Subway ever again. There heated wraps were the best thing on the menu.

Hey JJ! What kind did you get? I love Oriental Chicken (low fat too) and the Basil Cashew Chicken. I've tried several others, but those are my favorites. Their soups are good too.

I decided to add some excitement to my life by trying a new Roly Poly today: Peachtree Melt. It was great. It's sliced ham, brie cheese, and chopped peaches. Then it's grilled. Horseradish sauce comes with it. I really enjoyed it. Roly Poly has the most unique combination of flavors. That's where I learned to eat tuna salad with barbecue sauce. http://sci.rutgers.edu/forum/images/smilies/cool.gif

Also I finally tried Arizona Rx Energy Herbal Tonic. It was good, but I'm still waiting for the energy to hit. http://sci.rutgers.edu/forum/images/smilies/tongue.gif

Martha,
I think that I got a Steak one that was heated and it was fantastic. I have eaten the plain ones but they arent as good as the heated ones.
