Charlie's Enchilada Casserole (http://abcnews.go.com/sections/GMA/GoodMorningAmerica/recipes/GMA021007GibsonCasserole.html)
If you like the spicy, cheesy taste of Doritos, you might want to try this simple dish that is a favorite in Good Morning America Anchor Charlie Gibson's home.

Saw this last year around Super Bowl time on Good Morning America. Have not tried it yet, but it's definitely a gametime snack!

I make this dip that consists of cooked ground beef, cream cheese, chunky salsa and kidney beans (fiber). Let the cream cheese melt completely and stir often. Pour over tortilla chips, its Killer!

Could care less about the Super Bowl (is there a football game this weekend?? http://sci.rutgers.edu/forum/images/smilies/wink.gif ), but my favorite dip is here:

Mash one large or two small ripe avocados
Add 1 small can of black bean dip (TJ's)
Add 1 container of good quality fresh salsa
Mix in 1 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese

Make at least 4 hours ahead and chill until serving.

Serve with corn chips. Yum!

I know for sure I will have to have our favorite dip.

2 pkg. cream cheese, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1 onion chopped fine, 1 pkg. Buddig Beef

Mix it up and eat it on cracker. Yummy!!
