Hot Chocolate

I love hot chocolate on those cold days, but I discovered a new way to make it. Add a spoonfull (more or less for your taste) of instant coffee to your hot chocolate for an instant mocha drink.

We love hot chocolate on cold days, and we've tried all the instant brands, etc. However, you cannot beat the tried but true recipe on the back of a can of Hershey's cocoa, the one where you add a dash of salt. Over the holidays, I got hooked on Starbucks' Caffè Mocha w/peppermint (espresso, cocoa, steamed milk, and whipped cream - topped with peppermint). Delicious. http://sci.rutgers.edu/forum/images/smilies/smile.gif

Here, in Belgium, we buy chocolate milk in bottles. Put it in a cup, 2 minutes in the microwave and ready. I thought this was normal but some friend of New zealand visiting, thought it was just fantastic. He had never seen, and tasted chocolate milk from a bottle.
