Chat Room Not Working

Sorry for the interruption. We were given no warning of any potential problems due to their upgrade. Also, their normal web site is not responding. I'm a little uneasy and hoping this is not another dot com disaster.

DigiChat is the world leader in Java Chat Software and have many, many licensees. We are using the hosting service which was supposed to guarantee us 99.9% availability. Guess not.

I have an email in to them. I'll post ASA I know more.

Someone answered the phone immediately. They are going to look into it and call back. They have seven customers ahead of us with the same problem.

Their web site is back which is good news. I'm feeling a little better about the company. I hope they respond quickly.
