We have a new photo page at CareCure. Give it a try and let me know any feedback you have. If it works for everyone then it will replace the current one. In the coming weeks we'll also allow members to have their own page. For now, clicking a photo will bring up a stock page. Soon, anyone who wants to send me an HTML page can do that and it will become their new page on CareCure.

Looks good Jeff! Thank you! One thing though...how can I give you a more current pic?

You can email me a new pic in any electronic format you have. Or you could post one as an attachment in a topic here on the site.

If you don't have any others and don't have a scanner you can snail mail me a photo and I can scan it for you and send it back. Better yet, send a bunch and I'll scan them all so you can have them to use. http://sci.rutgers.edu/forum/images/smilies/smile.gif

Anyone who's in the same position can send photos to me here:

Are you going to have a page for all the members soon? I know it will take a lot of space so let me know and I will get an updated pic to you.

My first question is, "Why is your picture not there?" LOL. http://sci.rutgers.edu/forum/images/smilies/smile.gif

I remember working on your avatar but your pic didn't make the Members Page. My apologies. No need for an update. I liked seeing you with that awesome catch! http://sci.rutgers.edu/forum/images/smilies/smile.gif

We have a couple dozen more avatars than we have member's pics. Hopefully, we will get full-sized photos also.

I think everyone should send us a pic of themselves for our Member's Page. You can also attach it to a topic in the Members Only Forum.

Let's get us all online!

The way you set up the members pics page is cool.

I'll implement it on the main page soon. The last little touch is to open an individual member's page in a new window. This way it won't have to reload all the photos each time you click on a member's photo.

Now all we need is for the person favorite audio track to be played when you click on their picture and go to their profile, that would be cool.

With our new Member's Personal Pages anyone can certainly include music on their very own CareCure Personal Web Page. They simply have to design their page and email me the components. This web page will replace the standard version everyone gets when their photo is clicked.

We're set up now to have personal pages for those who want them. I just haven't advertised it much, yet, until after I start using a new email account without space limitations.

I'm thinking we could have a personal page contest to try and encourage members to develop a personal page. Just about anyone can make their own page using MS FrontPage or free tools like Netscape Composer and others.

I think we should also have a contest for designing Dr. Young a personal web page. The winner would be displayed when his photo was clicked. The runners up could be made available elsewhere for people to view. Sounds like something fun to me.... http://sci.rutgers.edu/forum/images/smilies/smile.gif
