Is there any way to lock the page or save the text of a topic message when posting a reply? When using voice software, if any one comes in the room talking, the phone rings, the dog barks, or the tv is too loud, my voice software will go forward or backward a page from inadvertent noises. When you go back to the topic message page, the text is gone and I have to start over. This happens all the time to me, but I do have a 3 yr old. Does any one else have the same problem?

Carl R, what browser do you use? I use Internet Explorer 5.1 (for Mac) and I find that I go back and forth from page to page without losing the text that I have typed into a page.

Until you sort this problem out, I suggest that you enter your answer into another program, i.e. a text processor or word processor, select/copy/paste the contents into the post window. Whenever I do a long post, that is what I do. It also allows me to check spelling and grammar.

I use Internet explorer 5.50. Using a word processor would obviously solve the problem, but to cut and paste using voice software is a pain in the ass. Maybe I am just too lazy.

I guess I just need to focus on solving the problem, rather than the symptoms. Maybe we can transfer OEG's soon and I can go back to using a mouse. Voice software is wonderful for some things, but terrible for others. That sounds better!
