Would anyone be able to assist in indicating the way to obtain 4-aminopiridine, which is no longer available in Portugal? Situation is desperate as this is one of the few medications for MS which have some positive results for my wife

In answer to your question, several compounding pharmacies in the United States will send 4-aminopyridine overseas if you can get them a doctor's prescription. College Pharmacy in Denver, in particular, has done this with a number of people. The contact information for this pharmacy can be found at
