Yes I would say you have an incomplete SCI, definitely.

Don't piss me off or I'll run over your toes. http://sci.rutgers.edu/forum/images/smilies/tongue.gif

If you lost bowel and bladder because of a T12 burst fracture, I would say you definitely have an incomplete SCI.

At your level of fracture, it is likely that you have either a conus medullaris (bottom end of the spinal cord) injury or a cauda equina (nerve roots coming from the conus medullaris) injury. These lesions commonly impair bowel, bladder and sexual functioning, and slightly impair walking ability (usually only ankle and foot weakness).

If you have not seen a physiatrist (rehab physician) I would strongly encourage you to see one and learn more about your specific injury. This physician would also be very helpful in assisting you to straighten out your bowel, bladder and sexual dysfunction issues.
