A fifteen year old injured T 7-8-9 in a MVA on Saturday the 18th in Texas and is waiting for stabliization some time next week. Where would he need to go and who does his family need to talk with to receive Proneuron?

The treatment must be started within 15 days of the injury. I don't believe there are any USA sites up and running yet (soon in Denver and NJ and Atlanta), so this would mean either Belgium or Israel. You can get more information at this site:
