Looking for Rehab Video or DVD

Hi
My Brother was injured 5 months ago and he is C5-C6 comp. He is in Hospital in Saudi Arabia.
He is starting rehab in the hospital, and we are looking for some good american rehab
program technique's on video tap or DVD to watch with his PT. and try to help him.
Does any one know where I can find or buy this Video or the DVD. any help will be great full...

Gogo, I am not familiar with any training DVD or videos for therapists in SCI that are currently available or up-to-date. I would recommend that his therapist contact a US or European SCI Center for help with resources and direction. The Saudi government used to send most Saudi nationals to rehabilitation centers out of the country. Do you know if this is still being done?

I'm planning to stay with him for 2 month during his rehab. I thought it is helpful to educate my self on what will help him most to recover as much as he can,

I know that several centers used to have contracts with the Saudi government for this, including RIC and Mt. Sinai in NYC. As your social worker or physician about this. Your best bet would be for a Model SCI System Center. You can find a list here:

Hello
I am with a medical company that manufacturers various IC products. The most recent educational video that is out right now is about 14yrs. old. We are currently in the works of producing one that is up to date and actually shows a C5-C6 cathing using special techniques with a closed sterile system. Once it is out, I am more than willing to send copies to those that are interested. It will be available in a DVD version.
