Hello, I'm a C-5 Quad. who needs help with a stretching program. I live at an AFH, where (because of liability & rising insurance costs) they can no longer assist me in a 'twice-weekly' stretching program. My arms & legs are spasming worse and worse, so the simplest and wisest solution, would be a rehab facility and a program there, right? Not according to Medicare & Medicaid, they see it as a 'maintenance' program with no end in sight. My doctor see's no answers for me, suggests a physiatrist, but the funding is an issue. Because currently I can't work, and I can't afford other insurance, my well-being is worth less? I don't want to start taking anti-spasm drugs or 'just live with it', I want my body to be ready when the cure is reality! Unfortunately, I can't persuade anyone I know to help me (they have their own commitments) begin or maintain a regular schedule. Isn't there any non-profit or .org people out there to help? At 37 years young and 6 years post, I want to believe that there is still a bright future! The atrophy is setting in, so a response sooner, not later, would be in my best interests. Thanks for any help, Dan

Daniel
