How can i do to control incontinence?

Gabriel, can you be more specific? What is your level of injury? Are you talking about bowel or bladder incontinence or both? What is your bladder management regimen (or bowel management regimen if this is your question)?

I'd like to do it each 4 hours, but almost never happen, sometimes is each hour or oftenly each 2 hours.

How are you managing your bladder? Are you doing an intermittent (in and out) catherization program every four hours? Or are you voiding on your own about every four hours? I will try to answer your questions when I know the information about how you empty your bladder now. (EMK)
