Anyone know of any devices to help a woman cath herself 1 - handed? I had high bladder pressures and recently got botox injections in my bladder. It cured my bladder pressures but now that I don't have the high pressures I cannot void anymore because my sphincter does not work properly.Any help would be appreciated.

You might want to try the Asta Cath guide. It helps you get into the urethra more easily. You can place it one handed, then use the same hand to insert the catheter. You may want to work with an OT who could help you problem solve this. I have worked with men who cath one handed, but no women, so perhaps some of the other women on this site can give you tips as well.
