Can everyone list the vitamins, suppliments and non prescription meds. you take or have taken to combat uti's, pain, fatigue, low immunity etc., and what has or hasn't helped?

I'll go first:
chewable multi vitamin- didn't seem to help increase energy or overall health, in fact it seemed to make me more tired.

Zinc chewable, 23 mgs - I didn't feel better or notice any improvements in energy after 2 months of use.

Sublingual B12, folic acid and biotin, all 800 mcg's/mg's - This really helps to increase my appetite, it's amazing how quickly it works. My appetite isn't very good so when I know I need to eat more but I'm not hungry, I'll take 1 on an empty stomach and 30 minutes to an hour later I'm famished.

CoQ10 sublingual spray, 60 mgs - I bought this to help my tacychardia, I don't know if it is or isn't but it has improved the health of my gums which used to bleed whenever I brushed my teeth.

Chewable glucosamine/chondroitin with msm, 750, 600 and 100 mgs respectively - I started taking this after two bouts with bursitis in my elbow which was drained twice and its effects have been amazing, after about 5 weeks of usage, the swelling, pain and stiffness had completely disappeared.

Liquid grape seed extract- I took this as an antioxidant, I didn't notice any changes.

Vitamin C, 500 mgs - no improvement noticed.

I plan to start taking black elderberry extract (sambucol) to help my immune system and keep me cold free this winter, liquid vitamin A since I'm not taking the multi. anymore and kava kava to help with my insomnia.

I don't take anything for pain or spasms related to my SCI.

Seneca - I'm likely and typically wrong in my advice, but just in case, you mentioned gum bleeding and for me this was infection below the gum line. Had to go to the dentist for a good cleaning and have since needed to floss daily to keep it away.

The only supplement I know has made a difference is calcium. Had bad cramps till taking this.
