stomach spasms lasting months

ive had these spasms in my stomach that last MONTHS i dont know whats going on?

What kind of spasms? The kind that toss you around in your chair from side to side.I've always had stomach spasms,there not as bad as they used to be but they are there everyday.They seem to come on when im stretching,or if im sitting in a certain position and take a deep breath..

rybread - What is your management program for spasms? If on one, does it have any impact on the abdominal spasms? Does anything in particular trigger these spasms? CRF
