A recent posting in the General Forum (http://www.cando.com/forums/topics.jhtml?GROUPID=3&offset=0) at the Cando web site was entitled "Get a Life". This provided the basis of the name for this Forum. This forum is all about getting a life. I hope that this will become as much of a community as the General Forum for all the people who shared their lives with each other. Wise.

Dr. Young, on behalf of all of us who came to depend upon the "other" forum, thank you for giving us a new "home".

Dr. Young, thanks for the very special effort to resurrect Spinewire. I noticed when I put my cursor over the homepage URL it says, SPINEWIRE- rising from the ashes. A great spirit and a great attitude. Spinewire and CanDo have improved the lives of many of us and kept our hopes for Cure/Care going.

Thanks again

Hi Cilly, glad to see your back.

I should have been more detailed about where to place the mouse cursor. Its actually over the application icon? for Netscape or Explorer in the toolbar at the bottom of your monitor. You know, the one with the Start button. If your on the CareCure Homepage, the popup message is "SPINEWIRE rising from the ashes" which is also the page title if you go to view the page source info.

Hey Sill, how hot is it in Shiner Texas? I spent 5 years in the DFW area and at this time of year it was pushing 100 degrees. At least one year had over 30 consecutive days of 100+ temperatures. You Texans are tough. I guess drinking a lot of "Ahs Tea" helps :

Taken out of the hands of the opportunists, hopefully this community will grow strong, and grow long ... a long, long time!

Get a life? I'd rather have a vacation.
