Do you have an SCI? Why are you looking for a neurologist? Most people with SCI go to either a physiatrist who does primary care, or an internist as their primary care physician. You do need a urologist though.
I would recommend first finding a good physiatrist, and then asking them for a referral to a good urologist. This way you have some physicians who are used to working together.
You can call UC Irvine hospital rehabilitation center for a recommendation for a physiatrist. You can also call St. Jude's hospital rehab center in Fullerton.

I am T8-T10 since 2002. It's interesting that you think I should just see a PCP. In the past I have alway went to neurologist and come to think of it they never really bring anything to the table. Most of them don't even have that much experience with SCI.
Will a urologist help me out with fertility issues?
If anyone wants to drop a reference please let me know.

Not all urologists know much about SCI infertility issues. If you download the booklet at www.scifertility.com (http://www.scifertility.com) you will see a list of recommended clinics. Even andrologists (urologists who specialize in male infertility) may not be all that familiar with SCI. Reading the booklet will get you off to a good start, and there are a couple of good clinics in the LA area (near UCLA).

might be a good idea to ask the VA SCI center in Long Beach for recommendations, if they are willing.
