US Docter for 4-AP prescription

I live in South Africa and would like to give 4-AP a try. I have found a compounding pharmacy willing to ship to SA. I just need an American Docter who is willing to give me a prescription.
My local neuro-surgen will be in contact with the US doctor and will monitor my condition.

Is there any US doctor willing to help me, please?

Sorry, for liability reasons I cannot imagine a physician in the USA who would be willing to write a prescription for any drug for a patient he/she had never seen. It would be considered unethical, and in many states, illegal.

Any chance you could travel to the USA in order to do this? I know it is expensive, but you might have to do this in order to get a prescription such as this.

I realise that this can be an ethical problem.

But I will be taking the medication under full supervision of my SA neuro surgeon who will inform the Us docter. of my condition ect. prior to the prescription... Could the matter then not be seen as just one docter refering me to another for logistics sake? As infact it is?

You may be able to find a physician who knows nothing about SCI who is willing to do a prescription through one of the prescription mills on-line (which are currently under FDA investigation), but no ethical physician would write a prescription for a patient they have not personally examined.
