Urologist/Surgeon for Mitrofanoff in D.C.

I'm looking for a surgeon to do a Mitrofanoff procedure in the Washington D.C. area. Can anyone give me a name?

As always, I recommend getting a referral from a major SCI or rehabilitation center. Try the National Rehabilitation Hospital or the Hospital for Sick Children. Mitrofanoff's have been done mostly in children with SB, so you are actually more likely to find a pediatric urologist which sufficient experience.

This is perhaps a bit late for you but my husband had a Mitrofanoff procedure doen by a Washington DC Urologist: Micheal Phillips. He specializes in incontinence and is excellent. I am an RN and searched diligently for the right Urologist for my husband. This MD is the best in the area for Mitrofanoff.
