PMR specialist

Hi,
I am looking for a good doctor specialising in Physical Medicine and Rehab , specifically paralegia in the Champaign-Urbana area of Illinois. I am a totally new to the place and do not know anybody whom i can ask. A list of doctors would be better since that way there is a better chance of atleast one of them coming under my health care provider.

Bunty, I would think first about checking with the Disabled Students program at the university and see if they have any contacts since their program there is so large. Have you already asked your old PM&R physician for a referral? Often they know someone in an area that you may be relocating to.

You could also contact the SCI programs at both RIC and the Hines VA to see if they know anyone in the Champaign-Urbana area as well.
