A Few More Permissions Needed For Book to Promote Cure

I am getting closer to publishing my book. One of the notes my editor wrote was that I needed to be sure and have approval from people quoted. I have quoted many people from the Care vs. Cure and other threads. Do I have your permission to include your comments in my book?

I have managed to email everyone except for the following who had no email addresses listed and one that didn't go through.

I still need MoodyMcMoody, Smokey, Harper, TD, Chris2, Chick, and baddivergm. Also, I sent an email to Rus Wooten (Scorpion) but it failed. Anyone have his new email address?

Sure...but you have to tell me what you are quoting cause...well I am just hoping you arnt quoting from a hormonal rant and rave from one of my fertility cycles. Oh, and spell check LOL
