I have a Permobile with the classic swing away foot rests. My question is how do I eliminate the pressure my legs get on the sides from the arms of the foot rests? I hate the dents I have now in the sides of my legs from this and don't imagine that it is too good for them. Thanks.

Vike, make sure your foot rests are at an optimal distance from your seat. If they're too high, this problem will occur.
Additionally, what cushion do you use? That can make a difference as well. I have a Jay & a couple Rohos. The Rohos always tend to allow my legs to spread out more, while the Jay is sculpted for better positioning. If you use a Roho, you can wedge a small piece of foam *under* each front corner of the cushion, which will help keep your legs from spreading.
Just a couple ideas from a seasoned SCI pro. This stuff is fun, huh? http://sci.rutgers.edu/forum/images/smilies/rolleyes.gif
Thanks Scott, worked great!
