Sore on Foot

Dear All,
I am new to this forum. I noticed a transparent pimple like sore on my toe about 20 days back. It was painless in the beginning. But now it has started to pain a lil when some pressure is applied. It doesnot have a head like a pimple. I am attaching a picture. Please Help me with this, I am really worried about it.
I'll really appreciate that.

The pic is a bit fuzzy, so I tried reducing the size, and it looks like a wart to me.

are you post SCI? call your primary and make an appt to see him

Donno, I have updated my profile, if there is anything else please ask and i'll post here.
If its a wart, should I go see a doctor or it will heal itself? Is it anything serious?

atti s this forum is for people with post SCI and related issues, so unless you have something like that i am not sure how many responses if any you are going to get, my suggestion would be to call your primary and make an appointment with him or her. they are the only people that are capable of making a diagnosis.
