View Full Version : RT300 legs (FES) question
I have been using mine for a half a year mostly everyday sometimes because of other issues UTI's etc I will take a little vacation from it.
Anyways what has been the highest energy(kcal/Hour) you have been able to do.
I have been stuck at about 20-21. I'm also a T5 Asia B.
I love when I have a good session. I will be sweating and breathing a little harder like I actually did something.
Just curious what others are doing.

Ours is not working at the rehab so will check when it comes back on line.
I basically go 7.5 miles in 32 minutes. I think the resistance is around 1.5
I don't seem to sweat or breathe heavier; probably cause I ride my handcycle so much. I've been thinkin on putting on my heartrate monitor to see if there is a rise in the hrt.
Here is my last ride first 10 minutes resistance and energy are really bad but something happens and the legs start to respond. I usually end up between 18-20 POWER (w)
