Hi all you smart wheelers out there! I discovered that my (recently new 4 months old) Quickie Q7 lost a screw from the adjustable footrest height tube assembly. The Quickie manual doesn't indicate what size the screw is, and only indicates it as a "kit". I don't want to buy the whole kit, just the screw (part number 1 from screenshot). Does anyone know what thread size, pitch and length of this screw is? I can try and find it at a local store that sells every kind of screw imaginable.
If I can't find the screw, does anyone know how much the kit costs from Quickie?
There is a Word document attached with snipits from the manual for reference.
Thanks all!

I found foot plates start around page 138 I think on the PDF. Once you find the bolt on the parts PDF you should be able to find it at a home depot or hardware store. I hope this helps.

The SportAid site also shows a front mount kit. My thought is to take the same screw out of the other side and take it to Home Depot or Ace Hardware. If they don't have it, ask for a recommendation about where to go. If your are in SoCal there are a plethora of sources.

you should be able to find the part and size from these after market sellers:

It looks like a set screw I would remove it and use the thread pitch gauges that home depot has to find out what size it is.
This should help explain about deferent types of set screws.

Yes: Hardware store.
Go you your local ACE or TrueValue hardware store and not Home Depot as you'll get far better customer service and attention.
