Anybody have them? After having my daughter, I lost quite a bit of weight (in healthy ways) and went from a 34D to a 32B. I am just not feeling great about my body and I'm thinking of scheduling a consultation with a plastic surgeon. I'm worried about Autonomic Dysreflexia and recovery while caring for 2 children.

do you lift your children with your arms? Do you have help for at least a few weeks or more if that is the case?
With risk of AD, no reputable PS would operate on you unless in a hospital setting..in other words, no inexpensive in office or med center suite procedure..you will require this and an overnight..and you will the risk is obviously higher for them so pay more for the extra precaution..which you will want as well.
Be wary of any Dr. that would do it without these precautions.
I know of two doctors in Florida who have this experience. Let me know if you want names.

I think I remember Tiffiny Carlson writing about having implants but it was ages ago. I did a quick search and didn't find anything, but I'm sure she had an article about breast implants and her own experience. She's a quad who's written numerous articles about dis life, and I'm sure you could find her info and send her a message.
Anyone know how to contact her?

Thank you :) I would have the surgery done at MetroHealth hospital in Cleveland, which is where I both rehabbed and had my C-section with my daughter (she was breech). I am going to do a consult with the PS and the head of anesthesia, who was with me when my daughter was born. We will see what they have to say. But first, I am going to see a general physician to make sure there are no underlying issues to this weight loss. It just seems kinda fishy since it fell off so fast. Better safe than sorry!

Someone on this forum who goes by GURLY2345, or something like that, might have implants, too. It doesn't seem worth it to have foreign material injected into you, unless you got deformed from breast cancer.
