I get cold more and more easily each year. I wear a down jacket in summer and am still cold sometimes. Any advice for keeping warm?

I moved to Florida. If I get cold in the winter I have an electric blanket.
You aren't making body heat, so need to get it from an outside source.

I find that if I keep my head and feet warm, it helps. Also, washing the dishes or wiping down the kitchen cabinets with hot water helps by keeping my hands warm and getting the blood flowing - and it makes my wife happy!
A microwave neck warmer - the kind made with flax seeds helps sometimes.

Try taking a supplement such as beta alanine or niacin.

Shot of bourbon helps. (I prefer Old Overholt) Come to South Carolina. Triple digit temps are common in the summer. Staying cool is the SCI problem here.

ThermaPatch work well. So do the neck/muscle things that you put in the microwave to heat -- places like Bed/Bath & Beyond carry them.

Strangely I usually feel fine when I am lying down under blankets after a while. It's mostly when I am up that I get quite cold.
In fact houseguests get annoyed because I am constantly too cold (when I am up) or too hot (when I get under the covers) and the thermostat needs to be changed all the time.

By "ThermaPatch" I guess you mean "ThermaCare" HeatWraps?
Anyway should I put these on my neck or hips or legs or what? I am about T9. I do not know if I am getting cold from my legs or what - I feel the cold in the upper part of my body, but that part is normal. Maybe my legs are getting cold? They don't feel cold.
south is hot.
in winter, I might throw my blankets in the dryer if im having to warm away chills. I use wool hunters socks in winter too.
also hand or body warmers that hunters use. you can get them in the sports section at walmart. they are pouches filled with iron, salt, vermiculite, water, and something else. they stay warm 10-15 hours when exposed to the air. (not for direct skin contact)
