I am not sure how this is going to be accepted but I am a college student working for an internship for this medical supply company and we are trying to develop a higher quality self cath kit. I was wondering if anyone would be interested in completing a brief survey to help me out that would be great

I am a student intern at a medical supply firm looking to conduct a survey of people who use catheters. I need to have 100 of these surveys filled out before my intern is over and I am only at 4. If you can help me out by filling one out that would be great
