Hi all,
Can anyone explain me what is stainless steel sink gauge and which gauge is best for the kitchen???

Thanks
John marrison
the guage is the thickness of the metal, the thicker the better. the thinner guage will pop, dent, and be noisier when using the sink. go to you local home improvement store and look at the difference. the cheaper ones will be a lighter guage. also usually the thinner guage uses lesser quality stainless steel and will stain easier(funny they call it stainlees when it's not, huh). the cheaper ones will water spots, mineral stains if you have hard water, and get rust stains if you leave pots and stuff in them.
