 Hi Gang
I live out in the country and always bbq outside etc...Just simple life

4 Days ago I traded a old franklin open Wood Stove for a old nice Atlanta homesteadder , but the Atlanta model needed work I didnt know:no: No onetoldme it had been poorly repaired once before ...

I was kind of bummed out going yea another long winter and super high electric bill
Every little $ adds up
So my friend looked at it and said he can fix the thing .
I am excited
The guy's are hooking up the flues etc..
My friend is completely rebuilding / modifying the Atlanta homestedder wood stove He is doing a wonderful job

The best thing about this particular style is that it is a closed system it has vents on the outside panels to direct warm air all over
Being it is a closed style I feel safer inside my house . I think it will be better .
The Stove is basically done it looks great in my living room he is now just getting it ready to use . It will be great in a day or 2 it should be ready ...

I love country style living . Thats what my life is about
Being Free

As you fire up new woodstove keep a close watch on chimney, stovepipes, walls where chimney passes through, etc. Your new setup may burn differently, hotter. Are all your stovepipes and chimney runs cleaned of creosote? Pay a lot of attention for 1st week or so.

Hi ancientgimp

Yes theyre all cleaned and to be safe & I had him install new stove pipes the ones that hook up to the stove to the roof sections ,What are they called ?
( I dont know the technical lingo ) I call them round metal pipes lol

I will make sure that everything stays clean creosote and all because any type of fire is dangerous .

Your information is much appreciated , I definitely will be paying special attention to how it burns etc...

Thank you and have a pleasent day
Sincerely ;

GL,

Post a picture - one showing the door(s) open with a nice warm fire in it - when the newly repaired stove is completely installed.
