After talking to another CC member I am researching the recumbent steppers. I see alot of you have used the Nustep but don't see much on the HCI Physiostep. Have any of you used one? Pros vs. Cons Please tell me what you know. Thanks....

i have a Nustep T5, love it. the physiostep looks like it wouldn't be the easiest to get in. the T5 is step through and the seat also pivots.

Getting on either won't be a problem as David is now able to stand and pivot himself but even if his MS was to take a turn for the worse I have a hoyer lift and have gotten him on and in just about anything. I know that sounds bad but I mean like the lawn mower, a mustang, truck, antique car, corvette...were there is a will there is a way. ha ha

I have the psycho step and really enjoy riding it. I have a hoyer lift that I use to get me in and out of it. I've had it for about a year and ride it often. I rode the nustep while I was in rehab, both in and out patient. The psycho step seems to be a little easier to operate because it is based on the elliptical movement. The only differences I've noticed is my seat does not swivel, and the price. The psycho step is about half the price.
