As the Nation knows, Bush is on a month long "Working" vacation. His home is near Crawford TX. and about 30 miles from mine.
My wife is organizing a benefit golf tournament sponored by Mothers Against Drunk Driving, this benefit is to be held at our local golf course. My wifhad to go out there this morning to work on some of the details and when she pulled up low and behold the was "W" teeing it up at the 1st hole.
Luckily this was our daughter's first day of school so my wife had our digital camera in-tow and she tells me she got some great shots.
She was very surprised how close she was able to ge to him, I am looking forward to viewing the pictures. I just wish I could have been there to heckle him,,,,,, but do you think they would have let someone in a wheelchair anywhere near him?????
Sure they would, I met him when he was Governor of Texas,,,, I am not easy to forget, but I would have asked a few questions.
