Hello and good health to your family.

I was at the Rehabilitative Institute of Chicago getting my baclofen pump refilled when I ran into DR. Chen. He was in a rush but I asked him about 4-ap and he said something delayed 4-ap for the phase 3 study. I'm not sure how to take that as I said he was in a rush to get somewhere Will we see a phase 3 before the end of the year.?

Acorda is now planning the phase 3 of the trial. As you may recall, the previous trial was a phase 2b, using a new way of assessing the 4-AP effects using a daily diary approach. The data turned out to be complicated and but very useful useful for the planning of the phase 3. The new phase 3 trial has to be negotiated first with the FDA and, if it is okay with them, the details will be announced. Wise.s
