mattress suggestions wanted

Have been using a standard model hospital bed. It's time for a new mattress. Invacare has a few models to choose from. I am a T11-T12 incomplete, post 2 years. I am in favor of a more firm type mattress. Suggestions appreciated.

About a year ago my son went from a hospital bed to an Electropedic bed with a regular firm, extra long, full size latex mattress. We put a memory foam topper (Costco) on it and he sleeps great! We had no idea that they actually make x-long full size mattresses. Anyway, after his accident, he has been very happy with the memory foam topper.

Sorry, it's not the Electropedic bed! He has the Flex-A-Bed which goes up and down! The Electropedic does not go up and down.

Tempurpedic is great. Very firm.
