We adopted Tatiana and Ruslan from Russia in 9/96. She was 7 and he was 4. They are biological brother and sister, but have three older sisters still over there. We tried to start the adoption process for two of them, but it simply didn't work out.

If anyone has any questions, please let me know. It was the best decision we ever made.
