Need Help Finding Training For Driving

Hello, I am looking for a friend a place where they can go to get driving training with hand controls. They live in VA but will consider KY or TN. They are a C 5-6 quad.

I am on them to get out of the house and they really want to drive. So i am trying to get them help in this area. Thanks!
