You talking about email or uploading files to a website or something?
In outlook/outlookexpress just drag the file and drop it on the email body. It automaticaly adds it as an attachment. Other clients will have an insert menu option and alos the drag and drop capabilities.
To upload files to a website most often requires and FTP client, if the webhost doesn't offer an interface specific to uploading files.
hope that helps.

If you are talking about the attachment feature here: in the reply pane you will find a little paperclip icon at the right end of the line of icons. Just click it and fill in the boxes. The "description" is any words you want.

Only thing is the attachment size allowed is real small, 1meg if I remember right.

Yes, I am talking about attachments on CC. Being able to add pictures or jokes.
Say if I get a really neat e-mail and want to att. it to a joke or just put it on one of the subjects that is being talked about.

Thanks alot

Well, pics and text(jokes) are 2 different animals. And emails are a little tedious to try and attach. With any upload, you will need to provide a direct path to the object you want to attach. Emails are usually in your inbox which is a convoluted loonng name buried in your computer. Here is what I would do;

Jokes(or other text): just highlight the text(from email or wherever) you want in your post, and hit ctrl-c(this copies the text), then open your CC post pane and hit ctrl-v(this pastes it in). You can now type anything you want above or below the text.

Pics from email: in the email, put cursor over the pic you want and right-click, then select "save picture as". This will bring up a window for where to store it. It should default to "My Pictures" leave it there. You can change the filename to call it if you like or just leave the default, hit save. Now open up the CC post pane and type whatever message you want. Then hit the attach(paperclip icon). Hit browse, this will open a window, from there go to your "My Pictures" area and click the pic you want and hit "open". Then put something in the description box and hit ok.

This sounds tougher than it is, just hard to describe. Practice it a couple of times and you will be a pro in no time. Just use a reply to this thread as a practice window. You can edit your post over and over to practice it.
