Hi all,

I need help here with my outlook express e-mail. I used to be able to click on a web link that was e-mailed to me and my browser would pop to that link. Now when I click on a web link my browser won't load it up. Any ideas why anyone??

Thanks,
Brian

What happens when you click a link? In internet options, either by going to tools in IE or using the control pannel you can set IE to handle URL's. Some how this might have gotten changed, or in outlook express something was changed. I would begin by checking IE to make sure it is the default handler of URL's and if that doesn't help check the prefrances for outlook express.

Everytime I click on a link in Outlook Express the link flashes like it's going to load up in IE but something blocks it. I can't see any options set wrong http://sci.rutgers.edu/forum/images/smilies/frown.gif

Have you looked in "open" browser windows? I know if I have a bunch open, the link opens in an existing window rather than opening a new one. Easy to miss.

Also check your security settings...
