Sadly, there's not many games these days coming with coop. I have lots of fond memories of playing through Doom and Doom2 coop with a friend over a modem.
Rainbow 6 Raven Shield is fun for online coop. There's lots of servers running for it.
There is going to be an expansion pack for Hidden & Dangerous 2 coming out soon that will add coop to it. If you've never played H&D2, it's sort of like the Rainbow 6 for WWII.

I used to play FRAC all the time, but can't find a version to use on my Mac. It is like a 3D Tetris. I miss it!

Medal of Honor: Allied Assault for PC
Great game!
I wish I had more time to play it. Almost finished though...

I like Call of Duty. I felt ripped off after playing Medal of Honor. It was way too short, multiplayer was OK, but not good enough to make up for the short SP campaign.
I didn't buy MoH when it first came out, I bought it and the first expansion pack at the same time (almost $100). I played it for three hours the day I bought it, then I played it for a few hours the next day and I had beat it. I took it back and told the guy it wouldn't run on my computer. http://sci.rutgers.edu/forum/images/smilies/tongue.gif

Are you looking to play online? You can get Battlefield 1942, download the Desert Combat mod. Battlefield Vietnam is OK, but they've still got some problems to work out.
You can also get Americas Army free if you can download a 700MB file. It's pretty fun, but gets old after a while. I quit playing after v1.7 or so. They're up to v2.0 now, and I hear there's some new maps and featurs now.

Any ideas on how a quad with no hand function, but excellent wrist extensor could play 1st person games???
I so miss killing time playing theses gamse. I've been thinking of using a flight stick with twist grip to use as look around. Any thoughts would be helpful

no hand here but wrist. its hard and your slower than other players, but it can be done. you will need to think and plot more to over come your disadvantage.

As a quad with no hand function but (sloppy) mouse control, I've finished GTA 3, Vice City, Knights of the Old Republic, Dungeon Siege (I used Game Commander (http://www.gamecommander.com/) with that one), and I raised a happy Sim-family of 8 to full promotion without cheating.
I don't play much on-line anymore because of the inherent klutziness of quad-gaming, but if I do, it's Team Fortress Classic as a medic. Because everybody loves a medic.
You spend time with your family? Good. Cuz a man who doesn't spend time with his family can never be a real man.
