I found this place where you can upload your pictures for free. It says the pictures will only be deleted if they have not been accessed in over a year.
After you upload a picture, it even gives you the BB code to copy and paste into your thread. It also gives you a thumbnail size, and the BB code to paste.
The only limit I see is that your files must be 850k or less, which is plenty.
