My on-line survey is finally ready to go. Please take a few minutes and fill out this survey to help me to make a media resource for women with SCI. This will begin in Alberta Canada and I hope to spread it across North America and the rest of the world.
For those of you who filled out the previous pdf version do you mind filling this one out again? Much appreciated.

Almost there!
Thank you for everyone's support! I'm almost there!
If you have not yet taken part in this survey and would still like to, please go to the link from above. I had so many great suggestions from women from all over the world. The survey will be closed on Jan 26, 2010 and result will be published by March 2010. Thank you for your support!

this survey requires address phone number and email. I am not willing to give out all of them so can not do the survey. It does say info is confidential, but still am not comfortable giving out that personal info over the internet. any one feel the same?

sorry Jody, I asked for that info solely for the purpose of data collecting and contacting people back if they chose to get more information. You can skip that part by simply puting/typing a dot or anything if you don't want to give that info.
Hope this helps... If you'd like to try again, I'd appreciate it very much.

cool survey and bout time someone addressed the issues. in the states most scis are males and there are no resources for females. go figure most of my friends are males but i'm a sports nut so it works. anyway good luck w/ everything :)
i'm on a committee that addresses women's issues with United Spinal called Women Without Limits. We did a survey a few years ago. if anyone's interested in results, please go to:

Thank you everyone for your support.
your input is very valuable... and I will do my best to get the survey result completed ASAP. I hope to have it done by the last week of February, 2010.
Some quick facts about the survey;
-114 women from worldwide participated in this survey
-93 completed every question
-SCI ranged from medical, spina bifida, T12 paraplegics to C1 quads
I am very excited to go through the data and report back on what other women's thoughts on what's important to have in a resource specifically for us.
