My friend PN suggested I ask if anyone can suggest the best software to use with an iMac for working with photos. I have access to Adobe Photoshop--can I understand the tutorial without going to a class? Any other suggestions?

It requires membership. $25 a month. Regardless, it's a great way to learn Photoshop and many others.
