I used Norton like everyone else and failed to find a certain "kak.worm" that is sent out in your e-mail. I suggest everyone try http://www.eanthology.net/.
It found everything, including spyware etc and has a daily virus update on all the new ones. It is worth the low price. I got rid of Norton as soon as I found it.
