I don't know where to put this question, but how do you guys get your pictures on this web site?
I want to put one of mine up, but I can't figure out how to do it.

Do you mean attaching a picture to a post or having one in your profile?

Dann21, in your profile, there is a place to put a URL (internet address) of a picture that will be displayed next to your name alongside your postings. That picture can be placed on any server that is internet accessible and the carecure site will grab that picture and show it. Please do remember that the picture needs to be a jpeg file, small, and square (i.e. 48 x 48 pixels) or else it will be distorted. The best way to create such a picture is to use a program like Photoshop. If you don't an internet server where you can put the picture, you can also attach the picture to a posting (i.e. to the member's only forum). Once the picture is loaded there, there is a URL address associated with that picture and you can use that URL address for your profile.
Regarding putting a bigger picture in the member's page, you can post the picture on the Member's Only Forum and Jeff Weeks (Jeff) can download it and place it on the member's page.

cjo recently pointed out to me (I had not thought of this) that avatars that are posted in the Members Only Forum are not showing next to the members' postings when people do not log in. This is because the Members Forum is restricted.
So, I created a new forum in the Exchange Category of forums called "Member Pictures". This is a place where people can post their pictures for avatars and other pictures. It is not a restricted forum so that everybody can see the pictures.
I moved most of the topics that contain a lot of avatar pictures to the Member Pictures forum. I hope that this helps things.
