Need recommendation for SCI Urologist in MN/Minnesota

Can anyone recommend a urologist who deals with SCI patients in MN/Minnesota? Twin Cities or Rochester(Mayo). I have a friend who goes to Sister Kinney at Abbot, but does not have a urologist there.

Sister Kenny should be able to refer her to a good neurologic urologist, as should any good SCI physiatrist.

Ok, I saw Dr Mciver (non-urologist) at Sister Kenny and was given Dr's Michael Wipf in St Paul and John Heller in Minneapolis as suggestions. Anybody ever have any dealings with either of these two? Sounded like they make a lot of referrals to Wipf, but that means it may take a while to get into see him.
